但后期为了剧情需要拆分成三个角色，分别是主角晓哲，兄控凪和自诩正派的大和。
三个人代表不同的立场，在游戏中性格也各有不同，比如主角就是比较冷静理智的，凪就很傲娇，大和则比较刻板。
总体来说对战争有所反思，里面隐喻很深，比如说“因关东大地震所废弃的旧都，不知道是幸运还是讽刺，原本抛弃了木质结构的旧都更加向城市化跃进。而帝国也因为暗潮的裹挟，在珍珠港投下了导弹……”（大概是这种意思）其中主要是以关东大地震为背景，然后还隐喻了二战期间一些事件，批判了一些行为（例如夜樱会，还有特攻队等等，都有展现）。
